Arduino Water Flow Rate Sensor Tutorial - Hello everybody are you looking for the tutorial on how to rate water flow using arduino so it's like a gauges water and I think you are so lucky cause here I'am gonna share the entire of the code but I will not showing you step by step in this tutorial but I'am only sharing theory and the main idea of this tutorial. So we will learn about how to control water flow sensor use arduino, water flow sensor consists of plastic valves, rotors water and half-effect sensor. So when the water flows through the rotor, rotor will rotate due to water waves and the speed are change with the different levels of flow. Then hall-effect sensor will send an output (signal pulse).
This type of sensor is adjusted with the diameter at each different water pressure (MPa) and flow rate (L / m), make sure you choose the one that suits your needs, and the sensor that I'am using on this tutorial is 20 mm and I'am using serial monitor to find out water flow rate in liters per hour and total liters flowed from the beginning.
So let's get started!
Required Components :
1. Water Flow Sensor
2. Arduino Uno R3 Chip smd+ Ch340 Atmega 328
3. LED
4. Connector Cable
PIN Configuration :
Connect LED pin to pin 13 on arduino
Connect Sensor pin to pin 2 on arduino
and here are water flow sensor arduino code :
hopefully this artcile could help yout, thanks!
